About Me

Hi, I’m Amber. 

First off, I want to congratulate you on the difficult task of seeking support for yourself or for a loved one. It is no secret that searching for a therapist can be exhausting, let alone being ready to focus on your mental health

One of the hardest steps is done: You’re here. 

I see my role in therapy as a Collaborator. I will work alongside you, not in front of you. We will work together to find your strengths and uncover possibilities. I want to empower you to take steps towards a happier and healthier version of yourself. I use an array of therapeutic approaches, based on your individual needs, as we all are unique, and everything within and around us shape how we experience our world.


It’s incredibly important to me to provide a safe and nonjudgemental space, where you can work through and discover things about yourself that were previously hidden to you. Therapy is all about taking a leap of faith, and willingness to grow, and that requires a safe person, who will never judge and will provide unconditional support. 


Whether you’re trying to manage an increase in anxiety, trying to decrease harmful habits, or figuring out how to deal with life's curveballs, I am here to help. Maybe you're struggling with how to navigate school or work demands, perhaps you're questioning your identity and life's purpose, or wanting to find a way to be kinder to yourself.
